How to register on the HRMS Employee Portal?
First of all, tell you that if you have the user ID and password of the old portal, then it will not work on the new Intraharyana portal, you will have to register. If you want to register then you have to follow the procedure given below.
1. You have to click on the given official website link which will open the home page of the website.
2. In the login form on the home page, click on the “New Registration” option.
3. The new registration form will open on the next page.
4. In the next step, first, you have to select Employee Type and Enter the Payee Code/Unique Code or Salary Account Number.
5. After filling in the Employee Type, Payee Code / Unique Code, or Salary Account Number, click on the submit button.
6. In the next step, your registered mobile number will be asked.
7. As soon as you fill in the mobile number, you will get an OTP on your registered mobile number which you have to enter.
8. After that, you will get a password on your registered mobile number.
How to log in to the Intraharyana portal?
To HRMS Haryana Login, you must first register, if you have not registered, then you can follow the procedure given above. Follow the procedure given below to log in after registration.
1. First of all you have to go to the official website of Intra Haryana.
2. After that, you have to click on the login option as seen in the image given below.

How to apply for a leave application on the Intra Haryana portal?
1. For Haryana Online Leave Application, first of all, you have to go to the official website, where you will see the login option.
2. Now to log in, fill in the login details, then you will reach the dashboard of Intra Haryana.
3. In the dashboard, you will see the Manu bar on the left side where you have to click on the “Online Leave and Tour Module” option.
4. After that on the next page, employee details appear on the screen. On the sub-menu bar, there will be my leave option as soon as you click on it a drop-down list will open. Now you have to click on apply for leave option.
5. Leave application form will open on the next page, enter all the information asked in the form and upload the supporting documents.
6. Now you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number, Now enter the OTP. After that, you have to submit the application.
How to check annual property return on HRMS Haryana?
You can follow the below-given method for property return.
1. First of all, you have to log in to the official website.
2. After clicking on the login button below screen will appear, then you have to select the property return option from the left side menu of the menu bar.
3. As soon as you click on the property return, the property declaration form will appear and from the select year box, you have to select the year whose details you want to add.
4. As you select the year Step 1 page will appear. This is an immovable property page.
5. If you do not have immovable property then click on the below-mentioned box.
6. After clicking on the tick box, you have to click on the Save button and then click on the Next button. If you don’t click the save button you will not go to the next step.
7. Now you have to fill in the details asked in the form. After that, you have to fill in the loan details.

8. In the final step, you will get OTP on your registered mobile number, which you have to fill in the details asked.
How to update Family ID on Intra Haryana?
Employees need to register first to get their User ID and Password to log in and update their family details.
1. An employee can log in with his unique code and password and there will be a link “Update family ID” is shown.
2. The employee will be redirected to the Family ID portal at which if details are already updated an alert message will be shown with details.
3. Employees can cross-check the details of their family members. If the details family id is not present in the database. Then, click on the Add New Family button and add your family details along with Aadhar, Mobile Number. of all members.
4. Now click on the Add button.
How to download salary slips?
1. First of all, let us tell you that you will have to log in to download the salary slip.
2. Now you see the option of “e Salary Services” in the dashboard, click on it.
3. Now, there will be two options – (1) Salary Slip and (2) Annual Salary Details (If you want to view it monthly, select the first option, and if you want to view it annually, select the second option.
4. Now you have to fill in the asked details and download the salary slip.
